After a storm in 2017, a set of nearby access stairs had been damaged beyond repair. Auckland Council engaged Urban Solutions to manage the construction of a new set of access stairs.  The timber access stairs provide safe access to the foreshore and prevent erosion of the foredunes.

Over the course of 5 months, Urban Solutions provided project management, consenting, design and construction supervision for the project. The result is a durable asset that will benefit the local community and tourists alike.
